* When your inner voices are telling you to shut up, listen to them. Failing that, at least listen to your friends when they tell you the same thing.
* Remember that there was a reason you stopped posting on mbs, lists, groups, etc, a while ago.
* Remember that sanity is a nice thing -- most of the time.
